Myasthenia gravis is a disorder characterized by fluctuating muscle weakness. This is frequently associated with thymoma or thymic hyperplasia, and thymectomy is an imporfant step of treatment. We present one case of primary squamous cell
carcinoma
of
the thymus in myasthenia gravis. Review of literature indicate relative good prognosis.
